Greetings Local Farms First food lovers!

Happy Fourth Of July!!

Garlic Scapes are on the market this week! These have a mild garlic flavor and are absolutly delicious!

Garlic Scape Hummus:
Garlic Scapes
Garbanzo Beans
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
Tahini
Salt and Pepper

Add all ingredients into a food processor until creamy smoooth!!
