Caesar Salad with FRESH Romaine!

Greetings local food lovers!

Did you know the Caesar Salad was invented on July 4th, 1924 in Italy?

Fancy up dinner next week with a delicious Caesar Salad made with fresh, organic romaine lettuce from Zephyros Farm.

Not only is it easy to make, but it’s a kid-friendly salad, too!

Just tear or chop the romaine lettuce into bite-size pieces and toss with Caesar dressing, 1/4 cup shaved or shredded Parmesan cheese and croutons. Add veggies like grilled corn, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs and cucumbers to dress it up.

Want to make your own dressing? Just toss the following in your blender or food processor: garlic cloves, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustar, Worcestshire sauce, olive oil and anchovy filets (a sustainable fish!)
