New this week: lavender from Thistle Whistle Farm

It’s just my opinion, but I have to say, a bunch of fresh lavender is an investment in your future. Enjoy fresh lavender in a vase til you feel like infusing olive or walnut oil with some of it and using that to dip your bread in. Take the other half and hang it to dry in your bathroom, enjoying the lovely scent. Until you’re tired of looking at it and decide to throw it in your sock drawer or under your pillow. This refreshing herb is the gift that just keeps on giving!
