Greetings Local Farms First Food Lovers,
Whether I have my own garden or not, I always seem to find myself with an excess of beets and kale. Last summer, I started making a roasted beet and kale salad, and now it is one of my favorite ways to use fresh produce. Check out a tasty, simple recipe here.
