The Market is Open! Great things don’t always come in beautiful packages. Take celeriac, for example!
It’s a root vegetable jam-packed with phosphorous, Vitamin K and antioxidants and it’s on the market this week from Rain Crow Farm.
Make it into an elegant side as a puree.
Add in a potato. Or try adding in some apples for sweetness!
